Bedrooms

This is the the Master Bedroom, which used to be the living room with two bedrooms directly off the living room ,which is a standard Portuguese layout of byegone times .The main front door was the door leading on to the balcony with the stone steps leading down to ground level.

Single Bedroom

Single bedroom with original traditional wooden  ceiling and wooden floor with shuttered windows opening to the front of the house.

It is furnished with chair, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers, wall mirror and hanging space

Sotao (Attic)

The bedroom retains the traditional wooden ceiling and wooden floor , as well as the door from the landing.The room is a comfortable size with pine double wardrobe with drawers below, dressing table with mirror ,decorative washstand and oil filled radiator for the occasional cooler night.

This is the Sotao or Attic with original beamed ceilings and recently insulated roof,wooden floor, cloths stand and two single chests of drawers. A spacious (in the middle) and attractive room with wonderful views from the window in the gable end of the roof
