The house was advertised on the internet and I just happened to come across the advertisment when looking at property in the area, and the   picture on the right was the picture that headed the advert.                              It was within the budget and just on the edge of the area we were looking in , and it was the best we had seen , it looked in such good condition that we had flights of fancy about just moving in and getting out the paint brush. so it was a quick flight over to have a good look round.

  Just going through the pictures from left to right, The house from the road,center, the barns and covered area to the left , thentop right, going round to the back of the house, what is now the lower veranda ,looking all boarded up, but the “shutters opened and there was a “workshop”. Second row left, the well area overgrown, center ,back of the bakery ,bread oven, and right, back door to house with large water tank to left.   The bottom left shows the   back of the property, with upper veranda and what we called the sun room above. (The small pane windows top lefthand corner.)
