Maps by Google Maps (Aerial View) and Mapquest. Checking out your route on either is very good ,even down to the last few hundred yards, but Mapquest seems to be the only one that actually names Carregal on the map which is  a great help.

 

Map to left is the street map detail for the main street in Alvaiazere, with the “one way system”. in the direction of the arrows to the N350 turning left on the N522/N1105 when you see this sign. Below is following the road to Carregal

From Lisbon the route would be A1 Norte ,then the A23 to Tomar continuing on the N110  to Coimbra turning off at the sign to Alvaiazere .

From Porto the route would be A1 Sud to Coimbra and then choose to say on the Autostrada to Pombal, Ansiao, Alvaiazere or to come across country from Condeixa down to Ansiao then Alvaiazere.
